Lihat Stok Produk

Buka Halaman Inventory

1. Klik menu “Inventory” di sidebar
2. Atau akses langsung: https://localhost:9443/inventory

Daftar Stok

Halaman inventory menampilkan:

• Nama Produk
• SKU
• Stok Saat Ini
• Status:
  • ✅ Normal (stok cukup)
  • ⚠️ Low Stock (stok di bawah threshold)
  • ❌ Out of Stock (stok habis)
• Aksi: Restock, Adjust, View History

Filter & Search

Search:

• Ketik nama produk, SKU, atau barcode di field search
• Hasil akan muncul secara real-time

Filter:

• Filter by Status: All, Normal, Low Stock, Out of Stock
• Filter by Category: Pilih kategori produk

Stock Adjustments

Stock Adjustment (Koreksi Stok)

Kapan perlu adjustment:

• Stock opname (penghitungan fisik)
• Barang rusak/kadaluarsa
• Barang hilang
• Koreksi kesalahan input
• Return dari customer

Cara Adjust Stok

1. Klik produk yang ingin di-adjust dari daftar inventory
2. Klik tombol “Adjust” atau “Koreksi Stok”
3. Form adjustment akan muncul

Isi Form Adjustment

Adjustment Type:

• Increase - Tambah stok (found stock, return, dll)
• Decrease - Kurangi stok (damage, expired, dll)

Fields:

• Tipe Adjustment: Increase atau Decrease
• Quantity: Jumlah adjustment
• Reason (wajib): Alasan adjustment
  • Contoh: “Stock opname”, “Barang rusak”, “Return customer”
• Notes (opsional): Catatan tambahan

Simpan Adjustment

1. Klik “Simpan”
2. Stok akan otomatis ter-update
3. Adjustment akan tercatat di history

Low Stock Alerts

Set Low Stock Threshold

Saat menambah/edit produk:

1. Di form produk, isi field “Low Stock Threshold”
2. Contoh: 10 (artinya alert muncul jika stok ≤ 10)
3. Simpan produk

Set untuk produk yang sudah ada:

1. Edit produk
2. Ubah “Low Stock Threshold”
3. Simpan

Lihat Low Stock Products

Di Dashboard:

• Low stock products akan muncul di dashboard
• Klik untuk lihat detail

Di Inventory:

1. Filter by Status: “Low Stock”
2. List produk low stock akan muncul
3. Klik produk untuk lihat detail

Restock dari Low Stock Alert

1. Klik produk low stock
2. Klik “Restock”
3. Masukkan quantity untuk restock
4. Atau create Purchase Order untuk restock dari supplier

Inventory Movement Logs

Lihat Movement Logs

1. Di halaman inventory, klik “History” atau “Movement Logs”
2. List semua pergerakan stok akan muncul

Filter Logs

Filter by:

• Date Range - Filter berdasarkan tanggal
• Product - Filter berdasarkan produk
• Type - Filter berdasarkan tipe (Adjustment, Purchase, Sale)
• User - Filter berdasarkan user yang melakukan action

Log Information

Setiap log mencakup:

• Tanggal & Waktu
• Produk (nama, SKU)
• Tipe (Increase, Decrease, Sale, Purchase)
• Quantity (jumlah perubahan)
• Stok Sebelum
• Stok Sesudah
• User (siapa yang melakukan)
• Reason/Notes

Stock Reports

Stock Report

1. Klik menu “Laporan” → “Stock Report”
2. Report akan menampilkan:
   • List semua produk
   • Stok saat ini
   • Status (Normal, Low Stock, Out of Stock)
   • Kategori
   • HPP (jika ada)
   • Stock Value (stok × HPP)

Export Stock Report

1. Di stock report, klik “Export”
2. Pilih format: Excel atau CSV
3. File akan didownload

Stock Valuation

Stock Value Calculation:

• Stock Value = Current Stock × HPP (Cost of Goods Sold)
• Hanya untuk produk yang sudah diisi HPP

Tips & Best Practices

1. Stock Adjustments

• Selalu isi reason untuk setiap adjustment
• Lakukan stock opname secara berkala (mingguan/bulanan)
• Document semua adjustments untuk audit trail

2. Low Stock Alerts

• Set threshold yang realistis (tidak terlalu rendah atau tinggi)
• Monitor low stock products secara berkala
• Restock segera untuk produk low stock

3. Inventory Accuracy

• Lakukan stock opname secara rutin untuk memastikan akurasi
• Adjust immediately jika ada selisih
• Track semua pergerakan stok via movement logs

4. Stock Management

• Monitor stock movement secara berkala
• Review movement logs untuk detect anomalies
• Keep stock levels optimal (tidak terlalu banyak atau sedikit)

Troubleshooting

Stok Tidak Update Setelah Transaction

Problem: Stok tidak berkurang setelah checkout

Solutions:

• Cek apakah produk sudah ada di transaksi
• Refresh halaman inventory
• Cek transaction logs untuk memastikan transaksi sudah tersimpan
• Contact support jika masalah berlanjut

Adjustment Tidak Tersimpan

Problem: Stock adjustment tidak tersimpan

Solutions:

• Pastikan reason sudah diisi
• Pastikan quantity valid (tidak negatif untuk decrease)
• Pastikan Anda memiliki permission untuk adjust
• Refresh halaman dan coba lagi

Low Stock Alert Tidak Muncul

Problem: Low stock alert tidak muncul meskipun stok sudah rendah

Solutions:

• Cek apakah threshold sudah di-set untuk produk
• Cek status produk (harus Active)
• Refresh dashboard
• Cek filter di inventory page
